Christmas is hope for people in difficulty, Nationalist Party leader Adrian Delia said.

In his message for Christmas, Delia said Christmas is a time for giving and for thinking about people who need help the most.

Gifts can be more than material presents, he said. Spending time with people who experience loneliness would be a special way of giving something to others.

Apart from financial poverty, there are people who suffer from solitude, and this period of the year makes them feel even lonelier, he said.

It is our duty to share our time with such people, he said.
