Sandro Chetcuti has filed a sworn declaration in court saying that he never had an office on the fourth floor at the Labour Party headquarters.

He was replying to the testimony given in the Daphne Caruana Galizia murder public inquiry by Speaker Anglu Farrugia, who said that Chetcuti was one of the frequent visitors to the PL HQ.

In his sworn declaration Chetcuti, who is president of the Malta Developers Association, said he never had an office in any floor of the PL HQ.

His involvement before the 2013 election was to hold meetings between business people and Joseph Muscat, then Opposition Leader.
