Prime Minister Robert Abela today met the president of the European Parliament, Davide Sassoli, in Brussels.

Migration and the environment were among the topics that were discussed, a Department of Information statement said.

Abela also met the President of the European Council, Charles Michel.

He later held two separate meetings with the members of the European Parliament representing the Labour and Nationalist parties.
