This video has been received of a worker balancing at the top of a block of apartments while painting the sides, completely disregarding health and safety issues.
The worker is not harnessed, and dangerously stands right at the edge while carrying out his work.
The video was shot in Swieqi, in the area known as St Andrew’s.
