Jobsinmalta.com to support employers with new features

Wednesday, 29 April 2020, 09:19 Last update: about 5 years ago

Jobsinmalta.com has added new features to its website to help employers handle applications more efficiently when working remotely in the challenging times we are facing.

Companies advertising on the digital job board can now add multiple users to receive applications by email and tag applicants as "interested" or "not interested" to speed up the shortlisting of candidates.

Employers can also review their job listing before publishing it and have access to an improved search filtering when looking into candidates and vacancies on offer. Jobsinmalta.com is fully GDPR-compliant, and CVs automatically get deleted three months after the job vacancy has expired.

"We appreciate that people have a lot on their minds right now, as these unprecedented times adversely impact our business and personal lives alike. That's why we've developed new features to help employers find their ideal candidates in remote working circumstances," says Natasha Incorvaja, Client Relations Manager at jobsinmalta.com (JIM).

"We are working hard to support clients that are recruiting. We are helping them gain maximum exposure across all social media platforms, educational institutes, and news portals," Ms Incorvaja added.
