The Family Ministry is investing €1.8 million over three years in a home for boys needing an alternative family, run by the Dar San Guzepp Foundation.

The signing of the contract was held today in Santa Venera in the presence of Minister Michael Falzon and the home administrator Fr Louis Mallia.

The agreement is for a €107 daily payment for each bed, for a total of €1,757,475.

Apart from accommodation, the foundation offers psychological, socio-legal and educational assistance to the boys.
