No new Coronavirus cases were registered yesterday, while three patients have recovered, the health authorities said.

In all, the number of cases registered in Malta remains at 670, with nine deaths.

The number of patients who have recovered is now 635, leaving 26 active cases.

The health authorities said that 870 swab tests were carried out on Friday, for a total of 93,387.

Seven of the patients with Coronavirus are receiving care in hospitals - one each at Mater Dei and Karin Grech hospitals, two at St Thomas Hospital and three at Boffa Hospital.
