Tuesday, 6 October 2020, 09:24 Last update: about 6 years ago

David Agius will be staying on as Nationalist Party deputy leader, he announced on Facebook.

Robert Arrigo, the other deputy leader, has also declared he will remain after Bernard Grech was elected leader last Saturday.

Agius said that he had a private meeting with Grech. He described it as positive and with a view to a better future.

Agius said he will continue to work hard as deputy leader for parliamentary affairs and will serve with energy and loyalty for the PN to establish itself as an alternative government.
