A 28-year-old man was grievously injured this morning in a traffic accident in St. Paul’s Bay, police said.
Police said that the man, who is Italian, was riding a Honda motorcycle was in a traffic crash with a Hyundai i20 being driven by a 53-year-old Englishman.
The incident happened in Triq il-Mosta in St. Paul’s Bay.
The motorcyclist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital and later certified as being grievously injured.
Police investigations are ongoing.
