The Local Enforcement Agency said that four new speed cameras will be installed along the Coast Road.

The agency said it plans to install two on each side of the road, which has been a traffic black spot and where several drivers have been injured or even died.

The signs where the cameras will be installed have already been placed, after Transport Malta approved the plan.

A magisterial inquiry also suggested the installation of the cameras.
