A 42-year-old Gozitan man was grievously injured on Monday after he fell from a tree.

The accident took place at around 1.15pm at a residence in Triq 20 ta’ Lulju, in Sannat, the police said.

The man fell from a height of around three metres. He was assisted by a medical team and was later taken to hospital.

The police are investigating.
