60 new cases of Covid-19 were reported on Monday by health authorities.

No new deaths were registered for another day, meaning that Malta’s death count remains 409.

41 people meanwhile have recovered – meaning that the number of active cases has increased to 614.

1,580 swab tests were carried out on Sunday, taking the total administered so far up to 847,581.

276,516 doses of the vaccine have been administered so far, with 84,933 people have now received both doses.

Malta has had 30,026 cases of Covid-19. 29,003 of those have recovered, while 409 have died.
