Two men were arrested by the police in a raid carried out in Marsa on Thursday.

One of the men, aged 35 of Marsa, was arrested in connection with drug trafficking. The second man, aged 21 of Kalkara, was arrested as he was found to be breaching bail conditions.

The raid was carried out in Spencer Hill, with the Marsa man caught in possession of drugs ready for trafficking.

A search in his home later yielded cocaine, heroin, cannabis and methadone, the poluce said.
