A teenager was grievously hurt on Saturday morning after falling from a height in a valet in Bingemma, limits of Mgarr.

The police said the 17-year-old, resident in Birkirkara, was assisted by members of the Civil Protection Department before being taken to hospital.

The accident took place at around 11.30am.
