Two new Covid-19 cases were registered today, while four patients have recovered, health authorities said.

No deaths were again reported, for the total number of victims to remain at 419.

In all, the number of Covid-19 cases recorded in Malta is 30,581, of whom 30,100 have recovered.

The number of active cases has dipped slightly to 62.

The number of swab tests taken on Friday was 1,721, for a total of 951,303.

The health authorities said that 582,206 vaccination doses have been administered.

Of these, 335,791 were first doses, while 256,079 people are fully vaccinated.
