Holidays to Malta 'ruled out' for 12 to 17-year-olds under new vaccine rules - UK report

New Malta travel rules effectively 'rule out' holidays for families with children aged 12 to 17, it has emerged, a report in the UK says.

Mylondon.news reports that in an email to a concerned traveller seen by My London, Visit Malta, the official tourism website for the country, appear to have confirmed that children in the 12 to 17 bracket won't be able to visit without isolating.

The UK is not vaccinating 12 to 17-year-olds.

This means that families travelling to Malta with children aged 12 to 17 will reportedly have to leave their kids at home, since they are not currently eligible to have a vaccine in the UK.
