A woman is to be charged in connection with the murder that took place in Mellieha last Friday, the police said.

The woman, from The Philippines and aged 44, will be charged before Magistrate Doreen Clarke,

The murder took place in Triq il-Fortizza last week.

The victim is a Filipino man who was stabbed to death.

The man had been stabbed in the chest and neck.
