A 35-year-old woman is the latest victim of Covid-19, the health authorities said.

She is the second youngest victim of the virus in Malta. In February, a 30-year-old woman had died. 

The number of people who have died with Covid-19 is now 459.

Six patients remain in hospital, none of whom are in intensive care.

The number of new cases registered today is 24, while 21 patients have recovered.

The number of active cases is now 313.

In all, 826,504 vaccination doses have been administered.

The total number of Covid-19 cases registered in Malta is now 37,189, while 36,008 have recovered.
