24 new cases of Covid-19 were registered on Monday the health authorities said, as 23 people recovered.

The number of active cases now stands at 294. Currently, 6 people are being treated for Covid at Mater Dei Hospital, none of whom are in the ITU.

829,340 doses of the Covid-19 vaccines have been administered, of which 16,283 are booster doses.

Malta has had 37,223 cases of the virus. 36,061 of those have recovered, while 459 people have died.
