A 59-year-old man was grievously injured after falling from a one-storey height in Sliema.
The accident occurred on Tower Road at 11.15am.
The man, from Isla, fell while he was conducting some works on a roof which gave way. The man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
Investigations are ongoing.
