Regional road tunnel to St Julian’s closed due to oil spill

Motorists have been advised by police to avoid Regional Road in the direction of St. Julian’s due to an oil spill.
Police said on Facebook that motorists should seek alternative routes.
Heavy traffic stretching back to the Kappara flyover has been reported.
