Two women were injured when the car they were in crashed into a wall and overturned, the police said.

The accident took place in Mdina Road, Rabat, at 11 am on Saturday.

The car, a Volkswagen Bora, was being driven by a 25-year-old man of Mosta.

The two women, both from Mosta, were riding as passengers. A 51-year-old suffered slight injuries while an 18-year-old was grievously hurt.
