The country will bid a final farewell to Dr. Victor Calvagna, in a Celebration of Life service being held this afternoon
Calvagna passed away on Tuesday, a week after he was hit by a car in Qawra. He was 63 years old.
The popular oncologist, who was one of the founding members of Puttinu Cares, suffered severe brain damage as a result of the accident. His family later announced that his treatment would be stopped and nature would be allowed to take its course.
