A woman was taken to hospital with grievous injuries after she was hit by a car on Wednesday morning, the police said.
The woman, aged 31 of St Paul’s Bay, was hit by a Kia Picanto driven by an 84-year-old man of Sliema.
The accident happened in Mannarino Road, Birkirkara, at 11.50am.
