Three election surveys published on Sunday show drastically different results.

A survey commissioned by MaltaToday shows that the gap between the Labour Party and the Nationalist Party has shrunk. "An election held now will see the Labour Party winning with 52.5% and an advantage of almost 23,000 votes over the Nationalist Party," MaltaToday says, adding that the survey shows that Labour is suffering from higher voter abstention.

Contrastingly, the Times of Malta in its survey says that 56.2% of the electorate would vote for Labour while 42.4% would opt for the Nationalist Party, and that the gap stands at 44,000 votes in favour of the PL.

The last survey is on Talk.mt, and shows that the gap between the parties is 13.4%. "If one considers the turnout similar to 2017, this puts the gap at 41,000 votes in favour of the PL. It says PL has 55.9% trust and PN 42.5%.
