Two more people have died with Covid-19 as 206 new cases were reported, figures released by the health authorities show.

No details are being given about the victims; neither are any statistics provided about the number of people with Covid who need hospital treatment.

The total number of persons who contracted Covid in Malta is now 91,427, of whom 86,356 recovered.

The number of active cases has now dropped to 3,977.

The total number of deaths is 698.
