Malta Police Union files court case to obtain full collective bargaining and action rights

The Malta Police Union has filed a Constitutional court case to obtain full Collective Bargaining and Action Rights.

In a statement, the union said that it was always, and will remain at the forefront to do whatever is needed to obtain rights for its members.

"Today the Union filed a Court Case (First Hall, Civil Courts - Constitutional Jurisdiction) to obtain full Collective Bargaining and Action Rights as contemplated in the European Social Charter and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU."

The Union thanked EuroCOP President Calum Steele and the EuroCOP Head of office Nigel Dennis for their presence.
