Four people were taken to hospital after a crash between a van and a truck in Gozo on Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened at around 2:30pm in Triq ir-Repubblika in Rabat, Gozo.
The vehicles involved in the accident were a Foden 345 fuel truck which was being driven by a 34 year old man from San Lawrenz and a Toyota ProAce van being driven by a 23-year-old man from Marsascala.
The van was carrying four passengers at the time.
A police spokesperson told The Malta Independent that all four of the passengers had been taken to the Gozo General Hospital for treatment.
Their identity and their health condition is not known yet.
The drivers of both vehicles were uninjured in the accident.
A fire engine was also on site as police investigations continued.
