Alex Perici Calascione has formally submitted his nomination for the post of Nationalist Party Deputy Leader.

The party said in a statement that Perici Calascione submitted his nomination to the party’s Electoral Commissioner Peter Fenech, thereby closing the nomination process since only he had submitted an expression of interest.

The election for the post will take place on Saturday 30 July between 8am and 4pm in Malta and 8am and 1pm in Gozo.

Voting in Malta will take place at the PN’s headquarters in Pieta and at its sub-headquarters in Sannat.

For those who cannot vote on 30 July, early voting will take place in Malta on Saturday 23 July between 8am and 1pm and on Monday 25 July between 5pm and 9pm.

Early voting in Gozo will be held on Monday 25 July between 5pm and 9pm as well.
