A 27-year-old woman was grievously injured in a traffic accident at 8.15pm on Saturday.
The accident was on Triq Alamein, in Pembroke and involved a Toyota Hi-Ace van driven by a 43-year-old man, and an Opel Adam driven by the woman.
She was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
Investigations are ongoing.
