24 new Covid-19 cases were registered on Thursday and no more deaths were recorded.

Malta currently has 255 active Covid-19 cases.

Since the start of the pandemic, Malta has had 114,652 cases of the virus, of which 113,195 have recovered. A total of 806 people have died while positive with the virus.

The Health Ministry stopped publishing daily bulletins on social media which display details about the pandemic in Malta the day after the March 2022 general election.

Data is still being published by the Health Ministry's COVID-19 Public Health Response Team on an open-source database on the platform GitHub, although certain details, such as the number of positive Covid-19 cases in hospital and details about people who died, are not included in the dataset.
