28 new Covid-19 cases were registered on Wednesday, and no more deaths were recorded.

The number of new cases is identical to the number of new cases reported on Tuesday.

The number of active cases in the country stands at 362.

Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 115,271 Covid-19 cases, of which 113,705 recovered. A total of 808 people have died.

The Health Ministry stopped publishing daily bulletins on social media which display details about the pandemic in Malta.

Data is still being published by the Health Ministry's COVID-19 Public Health Response Team on an open-source database on the platform GitHub, although certain details, such as the number of positive Covid-19 cases in hospital and details about people who died, are not included in the dataset.
