A van carrying 12 students crashed into a wall in Msida on Friday, with two of the children onboard being taken to hospital.

Police told The Malta Independent that a medical team went on site and assisted the children and the driver.

The accident happened at 1:30pm in Triq L-Isqof F. S. Caruana, Msida.

The Ford Transit was being driven by a 46-year-old man from Birkirkara.

The condition of the children is still unknown.
