A total of 45,340 people visited the megalithic temples situated in Tarxien in 2022, Heritage Minister Owen Bonnici said on Wednesday.

He was responding to a parliamentary question posed by PN MP Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici. The minister said that in total, the profit for the year was €202,584.37 whilst the sum spent on maintenance amounted to €62,306.
