The Housing Authority has yet to process 1,450 applications for alternative accommodation, Social Accommodation Minister Roderick Galdes said in Parliament on Wednesday.
He was responding to a question posed by PN MP Ivan Bartolo, who asked for a further breakdown of this number.
Galdes went on to clarify that 778 were single-parent families, 256 were elderly individuals living alone, and 19 suffered from some form of disability. No further information was provided.
