The Malta Leadership Institute (MLI) on Friday held a master class exploring the benefits that AI can bring to the hospitality industry.
In an initiative that merged technology and hospitality, 25 international students from seven countries spent a week at the MLI studying the potential benefits of AI for Malta's hospitality industry.
The students, from Lithuania, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and India, were in Malta as part of an Erasmus+ project.
Under the supervision of MLI director, Jesmond Friggieri, the students explored the latest AI and digital marketing tools with the potential to revolutionise the way Malta's hospitality industry operates.
The students presented a digital marketing proposal tailored specifically for Maltese hotels, and Dr. Ovidiu Tierean, an economist associated with the institute, reported on the findings from a comprehensive customer care survey conducted on Maltese restaurants.
The Malta Leadership Institute provides education in Business & Management, Health & Social Care, Personal Development, and Education, and caters to individuals at various stages of their careers, from novices to seasoned professionals.
In addition to its educational offerings, MLI provides leadership consultancy to small and medium-sized enterprises seeking advice to enhance their market potential.
