A man and a woman were injured when the car they were in crashed into a garage door on Saturday morning.
The accident happened in Triq ix-Xatt, Ta’ Xbiex, at 2am.
The man, a 28-year-old from Birkirkara, lost control of the Toyota Platz he was driving and crashed into the garage door.
A woman, aged 35 of Valletta, was riding as passenger.
Both were taken to hospital, with the man suffering slight injuries while the woman was grievously hurt.
