Opposition Leader Bernard Grech met students at the University of Malta during Freshers' Week, a PN statement read.

Grech said that he always believed in a university open for everyone, that provides opportunities for everyone.

During his visit, he gave students a diary they could use, the statement said.

He also visited the stands of various student organisations and companies. Students told Grech about their work and the activities they organise.

Grech told the students about the PN's work to ensure that education remains a priority, with the aim that youths build a better life for themselves in the country.
