A driver was injured on Saturday morning when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving and overturned, the police said.

The accident took place in Bingemma Road, Mgarr, at 3.15am.

The man, aged 37 of Mgarr, was driving an Isuzu D-Max.

He was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
