A man was seriously injured when falling from a height of around three-storeys, the police said on Monday.
The accident occurred at 2.30 pm, on Triq Carlo Manchè in Gzira. Preliminary investigations found that a 27-year-old Syrian was working on the façade of a building and fell around three storeys.
The man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital for care.
Magistrate Gabriella Vella has launched a magisterial inquiry. Police investigations and OHSA investigations are ongoing.
