A woman was injured following a crash into a van, the police said Monday.

The accident happened in Birzebbuga Road, Birzebbuga, at 8am on Monday.

The woman, aged 63, of Birzebbuga, was riding a Honda CRF which crashed into a Toyota Dyana driven by a 47-year-old man of Naxxar.

The biker was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
