A man was seriously injured after he fell down the stairs in his private residence in Kercem, the police said Wednesday.
The accident happened in Gamiem Street at 7.30pm.
The man, aged 63, was taken to Gozo General Hospital for treatment.
Magistrate Simone Grech is leading an inquiry.
