Belair Property proudly sponsored the XVIII edition of Din l-Art Ħelwa's architectural awards, held in November. The decision to support this prestigious event reflects Belair's commitment to the values upheld by the NGO, according to managing director Ian Casolani.

"DLĦ's principles align closely with our own," said Casolani. "While the real estate industry is often perceived as a driver of construction, Belair strives to set a different standard. We believe in blending good design with functionality, and we are proud to support an initiative that highlights architectural projects done the right way-respecting culture, heritage, sustainability, and aesthetics."

Established in 1967, Belair Property operates under the motto, "We're not just different, we're better," reflecting its mission to prioritize excellence over size.

The Din l-Art Ħelwa awards celebrate best practices in architecture across three key categories: regeneration of urban areas, adaptation of historical buildings for modern use, and restoration or conservation of existing structures. The event's highest honor, the Judge Maurice Caruana Curran Award, was awarded to AP Valletta.

DLĦ executive president Patrick Calleja expressed gratitude to Belair Property for its sponsorship, noting the company's dedication to promoting well-designed buildings and safeguarding Malta's cultural heritage. "These awards recognize the architects and patrons who have made meaningful contributions to these goals," Calleja said.
