The Malta Business Registry (MBR) In collaboration with the History Teachers' Association (HTA), successfully organised a History Day tailored for secondary students. This event, which drew the participation of over 200 students accompanied by their history teachers, provided a unique and engaging approach to learning history outside the traditional classroom setting.

The History Day featured a range of highly interactive activities, allowing students to immerse themselves in the richness of the past. Re-enactments, falconry demonstrations, archery sessions, and cutting-edge Virtual Reality experiences brought Medieval, Roman and World War II times to life, illustrating how these eras have influenced the modern world.

Students also had the valuable opportunity to interact with members of the HTA, gaining insights into the study of history as a subject. These interactions aimed to inspire students to appreciate the importance of historical knowledge and consider how pursuing history in their academic journey can lead to exciting career opportunities.
This initiative aligns with MBR's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments, fostering community engagement and promoting educational development. By creating a platform for experiential learning, MBR and HTA have successfully demonstrated the importance of history in shaping a well-rounded education for future generations.
