The Civil Protection Malta firefighters from Fire Stations 1 and 4 responded to an industrial fire in Għaxaq.

Posting on social media, the Civil Protection Department said that the fire was swiftly brought under control, and the situation is now back to normal. "Three individuals were treated on site by the Mater Dei Hospital Emergency Department medical team."

The CPD thanked The Malta Police Force, Transport Malta, and the Mater Dei Hospital Emergency Department for their assistance.
