The fourth edition of the Malta Business Awards has been launched. The event will be organised by the Malta Chamber of SMEs in collaboration with Malta Enterprise.

"This year, participants will be able to compete across three main categories: Distinct Initiatives Award, Innovative & Sustainable Ambassadors Award and Celebrating Business Award."

Applications are now open and will remain so until 14th July. Finalists will be announced on 16th September, with the awards ceremony set to take place on 7th November at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. 

The Minister for the Economy, Enterprise and Strategic Projects Silvio Schembri said that these awards are aimed at Maltese businesses to give them the recognition they truly deserve. "This reflects the Government's clear vision - a vision of where we want to go, and how we are supporting our businesses to move forward and achieve even greater success," Minister Schembri said.

 The Chief Executive Officer of Malta Enterprise, George Gregory, stated that the Malta Business Awards are a celebration of excellence, innovation, and commitment to sustainability within Malta's business community. "As Malta Enterprise, we are proud to support such initiatives that give recognition to companies making a positive impact on our economy. These awards not only acknowledge success but also inspire others to follow in the same footsteps," Gregory said.

President of the Malta Chamber of SMEs, Paul Abela, said that the fourth edition of the Malta Business Awards will continue to build on the success of the first three editions. The aim is to acknowledge initiatives and businesses that stand out. Abela encouraged all Maltese and Gozitan businesses to apply and take part in this celebration of local enterprise.
