A man was grievously injured early on Friday after he lost control of the car he was driving and crashed into barriers, the police said.
The accident took place at 1am in Mikiel Anton Vassallo Road, Gzira.
The man, a 59-year-old man from Gzira, was driving a Toyota Vitz.
He was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
