On 28 December, in Xlendi, the OASI Foundation held its 4th edition of the Jump for Life, an event that brought people together to raise awareness about recovery and addiction, promoting a message of hope, connection, and substance-free celebration.

The aim of event has always been to get people together to enjoy healthy water activities and to show that life is beautiful.

Held on a beautiful sunny December morning, the event featured a variety of outdoor activities designed to encourage participation, well-being, and community spirit. A scenic hike attracted 23 participants, while 15 participants took part in the kayaking activity, enjoying the sea and the sense of adventure it offered.

The highlight of the day, and the most anticipated activity, was the Jump in the Sea, which saw 44 participants courageously taking part. The energy, excitement, and shared experience truly embodied the spirit of Jump for Life.

Participants and organizers alike described the event as enjoyable, uplifting, and meaningful. Beyond the activities themselves, Jump for Life reinforced the importance of recovery, healthy lifestyles, and celebrating life without the use of substances.

As the year comes to a close, the OASI Foundation extends its warm wishes for a Happy New Year, encouraging everyone to embrace a future focused on health, recovery, and positive choices.
