Hili Properties plc announced on Thursday that it has temporarily suspended its managing director, Georgios Kakouras, while an internal investigation is carried out.
The suspension took effect on 29 January. No further details were given in the company statement on the Malta Stock Exchange.
The company also said that Daniela Pavia has been appointed interim chief executive officer from the same date and will serve in this role while the investigation continues.
