"Demand for the scheme surged immediately upon opening, with the available regional funds quickly taken up and applications surpassing the allocated quota shortly thereafter. This enthusiastic participation underscores the strong commitment of homeowners in southern region towards safeguarding and restoring their properties."

The Authority expressed its appreciation to all those who submitted an expression of interest, acknowledging the public's continued support for initiatives aimed at conserving Malta's built heritage.
